  • Food Quality: If you receive an order that is not up to our quality standards, such as incorrect items, spoiled food, or missing components, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if valid, provide a replacement or refund.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order is not delivered or is significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer service. We will do our best to rectify the situation, which may include issuing a refund or resending your order.

  • No Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of food items once they have been delivered or picked up. All sales are final upon receipt of the order.

2. Refund Policy
